Description
When you collect the bike there is a security deposit to pay of £50.00 per bike YOU MUST have a physical bank card for deposit.
Collection from shop 10:00-2:30 or by prior arrangement from key safe at any time.
If booking a Sunday or Monday hire you must email 2 working days in advance to make arrangements for the key to be left in the key safe for remote collection.
The bikes come with a Kryptonite D lock which provides a high level of security. If you lock the bike anywhere, YOU MUST take a photo of the locked bike clearly showing the lock through the bike frame and bike parking stand.
Return: if returning outside shop hours, YOU MUST lock the bike up outside the shop to the bike parking stands. Take a photo of the bike, clearly showing lock attaching bike frame to parking stand, and email it at that exact time as proof of return to info@greenparkbikestation.com
Condition of bike on return: there is a cleaning charge of £30 per bike returned muddy. You will be advised on the day if ground conditions on the canal are suitable, there are 2 other traffic free routes equally as good but suitable in poor ground conditions as they are sealed.
Extending hire: please contact shop by phone and email in shop hours to check availability if you wish to extend hire. If you do not inform the store of extending a hire within store hours then the deposit will be charged and an extra hire charge levied at 1 day minimum.
Damage: please inform store of any damage / fall however small. The deposit will be used to cover broken pedals, lights, bent chainrings, bent handlebars, bent cranks or bent wheels. Small scuffs and marks will not incurr a charge.
Extras: Helmets £5, panniers £5 and childseats £15 pay for these on the day.
Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled up to seven days in advance with a 50% refund, thereafter no refund is given. Bookings can be moved (subject to availability) to a different day up to seven days in advance.
Images of bikes may not be of the current season, so may be different models, and equipped diffrerently.
