Hire a bike for the day! Explore the city or the surrounding countryside. There are several off road routes to enjoy, so even if you’re not a regular cyclist you can pedal away!

NEW 2022 Ebikes! Proper full sized bikes, with plenty of gears, that pedal like a regular bike on the flat but when you reach a slope or need a bit of a boost have a powerful motor to help. The battery will power 50 miles of continuous riding, but of course by using the power only when you really need it you can ride as far as you want.

Booking in advance not on the day you wish to ride. Please turn up and ride on the day, as demand is high it will not be possible to advise you on the telephone if there is availability on the day. So it is advisable to book your bikes in advance.

Please book online and then bring your card used and one other form of ID with your address on, the security deposit is £200

Collection is only during shop opening hours 9:30AM-2:30PM Tues-Sat.

Hire period is 9:30-twilight.

The Ebikes come with a secure quality D lock. If the bike is stolen the insurance excess is to be covered by the hirer.

Extras: panniers £5 and childseats  £15 pay for these on the day. If you wish to wear a helmet bring your own.

Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled up to seven days in advance with a 50% refund, thereafter no refund is given. Bookings can be moved (subject to availability) to a different day up to seven days in advance.

Images of bikes may not be of the current season, so may be different models, and equipped diffrerently.
